I have a minor problem here, but I'd still like to at least try to fix it.
I suppose the blur effect or something like that isn't displayed correctly. (It's only at certain parts of the game)

here's a video:

I already read through the wiki page, but my problem isn't listed there.

Uhh, yeah it is.
Quote:Fire and Heat Effects
In Wind Waker, the various fire and heat effects are glitched, resulting in an odd doubling of portions of the screen exposed to the effect. These fire effects are used in many places, like Dragon Roost Cavern and hanging torches. Dolphin currently does not have a proper solution for this problem. There are workarounds, but all have compromises.
The glitches can be fixed by checking "EFB Copies - Disable" before running the game to disable the heat effect entirely. Remember to disable it before running the game, otherwise the visuals will become stuck. This disables several of effects used throughout the game, such as the distance blur and the telescope, but provides a simple and consistent way to fix the problem.
Another fix can be applied by enabling free look and zooming in the camera significantly until the heat effects are behind the camera. This is performed by enabling freelook in the Graphics>Advanced menu, then holding Shift-W to zoom in past the effect. This will effectively fix the heat distortions, and breaks fewer effects in the game then disabling EFB outright; however it can cause other problems such as flickering, and can take some trial and error to position the camera at the ideal spot. Use Shift-R to restore the camera to normal.
Setting Action Replay code 003F6B2A 00000000 switches off the fullscreen heat effect in the Dragon Roost areas.
See issue 2120, issue 2338, and issue 3971.

It has nothing to do with AF. Efb copy to ram causes the background to become pixelated/blurry because ram copies have to be rendered/copied at there native resolution. Efb copy to ram is enabled in the game property .ini file for this game because it fixes the pictobox issue, the game property .ini overrides the global settings EXCEPT when you open/change the global settings while the game is running.

Go to your dolphin directory /User/Gameconfig, locate the file GZLE01.ini, open it in notepad and scroll down to the bottom,
change EFBToTextureEnable = False
to
EFBToTextureEnable = True
This will make the game background look better but will break the pictobox (so don't complain about that).
I just found out this is not necessary. I just have to use DX9 plugin instead of the DX11.
And then just have SSAA enabled in the graphic settings.

Thanks for the extra info though.

Ohh and if anyone is having heat effect problems in Valoos dungeon just use this code.
003F6B2A 00000000

I found the info here.

Raising the IR is a better solution than SSAA.

The problem benoit489 posted about appears to have been introduced in git 397, the version that merged the texcache-cleanup branch. I was playing wind waker before that version and didn't have this problem. Also you can fix this problem without keeping anti-aliasing on. Just turn anti-aliasing on and then back off and that fixes it. (while the anti-aliased background does look a tiny bit sharper it isn't worth the frame-rate hit.)
