There is no way to fix this issue so you will have to deal with it. The developers are unsure of what is causing this issue and the issue has persisted since the game started running on Dolphin.

Actually you can fix it. You just need to use native IR + efb copy to ram, which nobody wants to do.

Quote:I heard there was a leakage of the specs

Yeah, it was posted in delfino plaza quite a while ago: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=16485&page=8

Quote: its supposed to be more powerful than a ps3 and xbox 360

I would certainly hope so. They would be in serious trouble with 3rd party developers (again) if their new system couldn't keep up with 6 year old hardware.

Quote:Yeah, but still. Developers said it wasn't final specs yet, they're still testing what's best. They could change this and that at any given time, and they probably did since E3.

Depending on where you're reading from some stuff is speculation and some specs are actually confirmed (for example nintendo has confirmed that they will be using a quad core powerpc based cpu).

I have a problem using Dolphin 3.0 that I haven't had before...and I've looked using the search function.

All of the chests do not show up, has there been a problem like this reported before?

3.0 or last revision of 3.0 (I mean 3.0-XXX)? No such issue with Dolphin 3.0 here

I realize this is a shot in the dark, but has anyone got a save near the second time you enter the Forsaken Fortress? When I tried to enter Ganon's house at the top of the Forsaken Fortress, the screen turns black and stays that way.

Other than that, my experience playing The Wind Waker on Dolphin has been absolutely brilliant!

I posted a savefile that could help you in another thread. But you'll have to search I don't remember which thread it was. Sorry Tongue

It is... 3.0-201.

I think it may be the new AMD drivers, but I'll try another revision.

Thanks!

Don't use a "revision" use Dolphin 3.0 the official release (not 3.0-XXX). Here http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?rev=v30&arch=win32 (x86) or here http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?rev=v30&arch=win64 (x64)

OK, I tried 3.0 and then the latest revision on the site...and both worked fine now with the same AMD drivers. It must have been an errant setting.

Ah, thank you so much. I found it, is there any way to convert a PAL save to a USA save? I have USA and I'm assuming you have a PAL.
Thanks

EDIT: I've tried editing the header as mentioned previously on this forum, but I probably didn't do it correctly, seeing as it now thinks the save is corrupted.

EDIT2: Just wonderful. I found a program that converts the saves, prayed it didn't contain a virus, and am able to play your save now. Thank you!
