If you have a possibility to use DSP LLE then I suggest switching to that, because that will most definitely solve your problem.

I switched from d39 to opengl, and I haven't had a single black/gray screen so far.

Works fine on my P DC 2,5GHz and HD4770 and now even with good sound!
Still having troubles with opitmal configuration (but I' working on this) and there's at least one glitch stopping my game progress.
Anyone had a problem getting Ghost Ship Chart at Diamond Step Island?
The game and emulator doesn't crash or freeze. It just doesn't do anything after pulling this chart out of the chest.
It's waiting for the A button prompt but it does not respond to any key.

Can you make other games run? You might wanna try to redump your game too...

Definately not, finished the game with a weaker graphics card, had a similar issue in twilight princess, switching framerate to auto fixed it, place screenshots of your settings to be sure

Here are some of the settings, let me know if you theres anything specific i can change or if you want to see other settings. Im not sure if other games work I've only tried wind waker. Ill try redumping it again.

Oh yeah. It was originally JIT. i changed it just to see. It does not help changing it.

MACOSX + an HD2000 series ati graphics card. That's your problem. Use windows through bootcamp.
