Open Intel Turbo boost monitor and check your CPU clock speeds while playing to see if they get up to 2.8 Ghz. Also, check Skip EFB access from CPU and post your Graphics>Enhancements tab settings.
Main Laptop:
Dell XPS 17
i7 2720QM @ 2.2GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 555M
Windows 7 64-bit

Then check lock threads to cores and make sure your laptop stays as cool as possible. The cooler your temps, the higher the fps. Also, try 3.0.

Hey guys,

Weird error during emulation using both WW dumps I've tried (mine and a friend's). Once I'm in-game, the "clearing code cache" message displays in the upper-left hand corner about once every second, introducing some pretty gnarly microstutter to the game. I've tried every iteration of setting in Dolphin that I'm aware of, so I'm turning to you guys for help.

Specs (using latest version of Dolphin in x86 OR x64):

Core i5 @ 3.7ghz
Radeon 5850
8gb ram
Win7 x64

Any ideas what might be causing the "clearing code cache" message to appear so often? Is there a setting somewhere that might govern it?

Hello guys

What is the absolute best version/revision to play WW in? I'm using r7719 and 3.0-153 and keep getting that black screen glitch after cutscenes. Is there a version this doesn't happen? There are some people on the wiki (http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=The_Legend_of_Zelda:_The_Wind_Waker) under Testing saying the game is 100% playable, perfect, no issues... How are they not getting the black screen glitch?

My specs:
CPU AMD Athlon II X3 445
Graphics Card 1024MB GeForce GTS 250
RAM 4 Gb
Windows 7 64-bit SP1

My configs are the same as the recommended ones on the wiki, except I'm using HLE sound (I get terrible stuttering with LLE).
I have no sig!
