During the final cutscene I always get a freeze up, it's when the screen goes to that 60fps pre-recorded type movie. I've tried it with the item hack too and it still freezes. Anybody have any ideas? I saw nearly the same question posted around page 141, but there wasnt much of a solution. Also i've tried this on version 3 and the last build as of this writing 7689.

What kind of freezing is it? Is it like a completely black screen or is it just that the game looks like it has been paused. If it's the first, restarting the game with fix item hang is your best option. If it's the second, it's your graphics options causing a glitch. Make sure EFB is to RAM, texture cache to safe.I'm not 100% sure about ticking skip EFB access to CPU and Ignore format changes but I leave them ticked and it works just fine. Use a process of elimination. If you tick it and get a problem then you know what did it. That's about it for me. If it doesn't work sorry but that's all I got.

I have three errors on this game:

1)The Pictograph Guy doesn't accept the third pictograph.

2)There is some Random Crashes.

3)There is some graphic errors at the volcano.

Is there a way to fix those errorsHuh

Quote:2)There is some Random Crashes.

Sorry, can't be fixed.

Quote:3)There is some graphic errors at the volcano.

Sorry, can't be fixed (unless you're willing to play with a 1x internal resolution).

Is efb copy ram turned on?
Is cpu efb access turned on?
What build are you using?

Hi. I have almost played through Zelda Wind Waker on Dolphin 3.0. The game works surprisingly well most of the time, but the audio may stutter a bit during certain cutscenes (HLE audio, I tried LLE but the sound-effects then became a bit delayed).

I play with the graphics maxed out; OpenGL at 1080p with 4xAA and 4XAnisotrophic Filthering. The game looks stunning (i7 2600k@4.2ghz, 8gb ram & GeForce GTX 580 1.5 gb).

I'm just about to fight Ganon in the final battle now (on the roof after the Triforce-pieces are gathered), but after the long cutscene before the final fight is over, a "black screen of death" kills all the fun and the game just freezes. It has happened twice by now; I might be able to somehow find a workaround for this issue by messing with some preferences in the emulator.

If I don't count the two times the game just froze before the final battle, I counted that the game has crashed a total of 7 times during my (almost) playthrough. One time at the forsaken fortress, when Link is about to enter the hideout to the giant bird and it's prisoners (white screen of death), two random crashes while sailing (annoying popups in Windows 7), one time while exiting a room in the Earth temple (black screen of death), while entering Ganon's fortress by walking the Hyrule route (black screen of death), after defeating the boss in the Wind Temple (white screen of death) and after defeating puppet Ganon (black screen of death).

What all the crashes I have spoken of above have in common, is that they only occurred once. But that is excluding the final two crashes, which happened a couple of hours ago.

I noticed a fair amount of graphical issues in the cutscene where Link traveled to Hyrule with his boat under the sea, and the greyscale effect while fighting bosses in Ganon's tower was messed up a bit. I can also mention the infamous lava-flickering, that probarbly is the most discussed issue in this game by now.

This is just a brief summary of the game's current state in Dolphin 3.0; it's very playable, but do remember to save a lot in case of crashes. (Sh)It happens.

It's a known issue. I don't know if the developpers will ever figure out how to fix it...

Nothing. Disable Fix item hang and play. Replay if it crashes.

The first best thing to do to avoid crashes is to not use save states. Remember to save a lot using the standard ingame system.
