Thx guys Smile

Couldn't you just play through the game until you come by a place like that?
Or you could however just download a completed save game to import to the memory card and run around in certain areas, that way you have access to every area to see where the slowdowns are before you play through it for real.

Here try this PAL save, import it using the inbuilt Memory Card manager:

Thanks for your answer Gabriel. I tried to download te save but it says "External Link Disallowed".

Btw i'm thinking about upgrade my pc to play dolphin at full speed.

My specs are
CPU Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9300 2.50 GHz
4096MB Ram DDR2
Nvidia GeForce 9600GS 768MB

I can see that my cpu isn't good as required to work at 30fps stable. Maybe i'll take a 3.0 - 3.5 GHz. Do you think the others specs (Video and Ram) are good enough?

Thanks ^^

No it's weak too

And which are good specs for example?

I'm using a MacBook Pro 13" 2011 (low end model). I'm trying to play Wind Waker, but its running extremely sluggish. I've looked around on google, youtube, and other websites. I've tried many different setting setups, but so far none of have worked. Could someone please tell me what settings to use to play it smoothly, or if the question has already been answered, point me in the right direction. I hope this is the right thread to post this question in, I'm new to this forum. Hope you can help. I can give more specific specs on my laptop if needed.

@Tarin

I could almost guess that should happen with the External Link Disallowed.
However here's the the full link to the save downloads:
http://www.gamefaqs.com/gamecube/469050-the-legend-of-zelda-the-wind-waker/saves

The PAL save you're after is among the others in the list, just look for "GameCube USB Memory Adapter Save (Europe)"
That's the save you want to get.

Import it as I said earlier and you should have access to everything in the game just ready for scouting the different areas to see where it slows down and where it's normal.

Does anybody know the solution to a gray screen when trying to teleport out of second dungeon (after doing the boss)?

I tried the "Fix item hang" thing but it doesn't work ... Any other solutions? I cant proceed on Sad

Hey Guys I just got Dolphin + Wind Waker and it looks like this when I run it:

Why does it look so jaggy and stuff? My Laptop is decent enough but I'm not fully sure of what settings I need.

Windows 7 64-bit
i5-2140M CPU @ 2.30 Ghz
4GB Ram
Intel HD Graphics Family

Cheers in advance.

Also I tried using the texture pack in this thread but it doesn't seem to work, sorry for being so newbish with this.

How differently does it look on original Gamecube? Tongue If you want less pixels and smoother picture use anti-alias and anisotropy filtering. I'm sure if you just play around a bit in Dolphin settings you will learn a lot. Otherwise, this are gamecube games, don't expect them to be completely perfect.
