OK, that's really weird, EFB to Texture should be a little faster then EFB to RAM but yes it can cause some minor GFX issues like not be able to use the pictograph properly.
I couldn't really see anything else to do in your settings, I guess you could try Disable Fog to get some more FPS I don't know.

Couldn't you just play through the game until you come by a place like that?
Or you could however just download a completed save game to import to the memory card and run around in certain areas, that way you have access to every area to see where the slowdowns are before you play through it for real.

Here try this PAL save, import it using the inbuilt Memory Card manager:

If you copy saves over to another card, if you export the file becomes corrupted, if you load in it the file becomes corrupted if you backup just one save it becomes corrupted. No matter the revision or from>to and vice versa. The only thing Memory Card Manager is useful for is deleting saves. But that I can do manually. Srsly, why? Sad Sad Sad

That's Wrong

Then please, help me to get it to work ..

Your prob is to import a save from a build to another one?

Yes, exactly

And then you can't get it via the MemCard Manager?
