I've tried it many times on all my rev, and it didn't give me boost Sad I should be getting at least 25~30fps at outset island?

If efb to texture doesn't improve things then try turning off efb scaled copy.

@NaturalViolence
i use this setting
http://img41.imageshack.us/img41/21/windwakersetting.jpg

no matter what i do the vps always drop at the same exact spot
no matter what resolution no matter what setting is on the VPS is always the same depending where i stand and which way the camera is facing
could it just be a CPU lag and there is nothing i can do?
i have intel duo quad q6600 2.4ghz(does dolphin support 4 core, sure seems that way when i look at the task manager all cpu are being used till i close dolphin)

i plan on getting windows 7 64 bits soon... maybe going 64bits will solve that issue

No, dolphin uses only 2 cores, 3 at most if you use LLE on thread. What is more important to Dolphin is high clocks...the Q6600 can be overclocked nicely if you know what you're doing.
Using 64bit Dolphin also speeds things up a bit.

Hi again, just got to dragon roost island and when i get into the cavern there it seems to be very glitchy graphics with the heat waves graphics, if i have dx11 its just glack squares or dx3d9 its just weird invisible boxes that act like glass windows that change the picture or something, i read i should enable twilight princess bloom hack but i cant find it under gfx settings in my dolphin, running the 6914 version

bloom hack is in the game properties, doubt it helps though.

Either read the thread or use the search function. This has been mentioned a solid 100 times by now in this thread alone, sometimes several times per page.

In short, it's unfixable without using a projection hack that will f**k up other things.

i've downloaded the new version of the emulator and have problem with the game, for some reason i can't normally use "R", neither to shield, crouch or call, any fix for this?
