I tried the dx11 plugin with latest rev today, and the issue isnt there anymore!?

edit: it is still there, but less noticeable than dx9...also the dx11 plugin gives much better speed for me.

btw what are your thoughts about dx9 vs dx11 in Wind Waker in the latest revisions? Cons and pros?

oh no i got my third blackscreen in zelda WW, when you rescue the sister then the giant bird comes down and the room starts to flood

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Slower, all kinds of problems (random flying polygons, pictobox issue, DOF, I could go on but I don't want to)

d3d9

Pros: Massively superior in every way

Cons: None

Simply put d3d9 is the master-race of plugins for dolphin. Isn't that right neobrain?

I don't have WW, but I guess you're correct for that game... Note that D3D11 has a slightly better compatibility in a (very limited) number of games, though, due to new API features and stuff.
Then again, in terms of compatibility OGL and Video_Software pwn away all others Wink

Not really. Fixing bugs in that plugin by trying to solve one specific issue of a game is much harder than randomly looking over the code, spotting bugs and fixing them... It just happened so that all of MY games seem to run perfectly now Tongue
