Problem with texture flickering on Linux. Worked fine when I used it previously on a different Linux machine, works with proprietary NVIDIA drivers when i switch to the mx150, and it works with the same hardware on windows. Drivers are all up to date on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Is there some option to fix this? the problem seems to persist no matter what options I change. (looks a lot less pronounced in this screenshot) This is on default 5.0

The problem did not persist but there were problems with the sky being brown. Off colors. I would prefer using a stable version if I can fix this one issue though. I swear that the problem fixed itself or maybe after I did something on my version. I wasn't able to recreate any method though. I do recall reinstalling 5.0 and it working... until the next time I booted. Feel like some voodoo is involved in this problem. 09-11-2018, 04:45 AM
And you're saying this only happens when you're using your Intel iGPU, correct? Have you verified that your dump is good? Right-click the game in Dolphin's list, go to Properties > Info tab and Compute the MD5, then compare it against a good known dump from someplace like gametdb.com
Technically the latest dev builds you get from doing a standard repository download is better than 5.0 stable in every way (except for a few regressions here and there, but I've not heard of one like this) Also, just to double check, are you on Ubuntu 16 or 18? Your post says one thing, but your profile says another, and your screenshot looks like 18. 09-13-2018, 09:54 AM

Tried the master package again and the brown seems to be gone. a lot of shuttering though. There's probably an option to fix that. Sorry, my bad. I'm on Ubuntu 18.04 09-13-2018, 01:15 PM
Check and see if you're plugged in to power when running the game
Also, try the Ubershader and/or Compile shaders before starting in the main graphics tab. Or try switching to the Vulkan backend Or try making sure you have all the Enhancements in Graphics set to Native or 1x 09-13-2018, 07:57 PM

Does that also fix it in the latest build? If you play through the area, close Dolphin, and then run through the same area again does it still stutter?

I am having trouble setting up my controller for zelda wind waker. I felt the c stick was too sensitive and the camera moved way too fast for game play. so I reduced the range of the c stick in the dolphin gamepad options and got it exactly where I liked it. However everything was fine until I had to conduct the first song, the c stick movements are not registering and directional movement because I reduced the range on the stick and apparently it only registers a direction when the c stick exceeds the range I set. If I increase the range it works for conducting the songs but I don't want to have to change it every time I need to play one. How can I solve this? Is it possible to set up a second input device with the full range of c stick that works simultaneously. I'm even okay having a second gamepad connected and just using that stick each time I have to play a song but I don't know how to set it up where I can have both inputs register at the same time without having to go into options and change it every time I need to play one. Anyone have a good solution for this?
