hey guys,
i managed to skip some blackscreen-crashes by limiting the FPS like it is written on this page. now i need to get the sail but it crashes after the cut-scene that tells me were i should look for it and i can't get it fixed. any ideas ? using the PAL version on dolphin 3.5-367 safegame: http://rapidshare.com/files/74698699/ww.sav (02-23-2013, 08:30 PM)Flawaffles Wrote: i managed to skip some blackscreen-crashes by limiting the FPS like it is written on this page. now i need to get the sail but it crashes after the cut-scene that tells me were i should look for it and i can't get it fixed. any ideas ? You should preferably set Framelimit to "Audio" rather than limiting your FPS (or try to use something older like Dolphin 3.0 and use Audio Throttle). You should also use LLE (I'll assume you are not)

FPS limit is now on "audio" but i tried to use Dolphin 3.0 but my savegame wont work on older versions. using LLE will result in 2 other problems: 1. when i try to load my game-> crash 2. sound stuttering edit: problem #2 was imagination 02-23-2013, 10:24 PM

It's normal if you're using savestates: -Savestates can't work from a build to another one. -Switching from HLE to LLE (or from LLE to HLE) will generate a crash. You'll have to use in-game saves

If you use 3.5: set Framelimit to "Audio". If you use 3.0: set Framelimit to "Off" + enable Audio Throttle (DSP settings). Btw Audio Throttle shouldn't even be necessary if you use LLE

Hi guys,
I had this question a few pages back already but sadly noone could enlighten me, so I am trying my luck again. User stgn gave me this awsome 16:9 patch for the ntsc version: This works so much better than the provided 16:9 Hack in Dolphin, because it prevents a graphical bug which is npc's and trees dissappearing at the edges where the original 4:3 screen would have its edges. Now my question was if there is any way to get this patch working on the PAL version? I would enjoy the game the most if all the text was in my native tongue german, because I used to play the game when I was a kid and I played it in german obviously. Or maybe there is a way to get the german text into the ntsc version? I guess this would be a harder one though. Thanks everyone! |
