Are cheats enabled? Are you still using the Widescreen Hack in the graphics settings?
If the answers are false and true, reverse them.

I have problems with the linking with a VBA-M Emulator. I have the newest versions (of VBA-M and of Dolphin) and tried to connect them, but it didn't work. I loaded a GBA Bios File, enabled the Joybus Option and entered the localhost, but suddenly the VBA runs with 0,1 FPS. When i try to call Tingle i have a timeout after few seconds. Is there any fix or will be this fixed in the next time?

I haven't tested the VBA-M connection in this game; unfortuntely we only think it works properly in Metroid Prime and PARTS of Four Sword Adventures. Other games are not guaranteed to work.

Hi all, unfortunately this is another 'how do I get WW to speed up?' question. I've checked the forum and done a bit of fiddling with the settings. Indoors the game will run at 90-100% just fine, which is perfect. Fps around 30. However when I go outside it slows down to about 15, 20 if I'm lucky, the speed anywhere from 50-60%. It's not unplayable, just a bit slow. The music slows and speeds up accordingly. I'm not concerned about having the best graphics, and the window I'm playing it in is smaller to accommodate this. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on making it run a bit faster? I'm using Dolphin 3.0, because I had it on 4.0.2 before and it was unplayable. I'm using HLE as well, because 3.0 said something about not having the ability to run LLE? Should I try a different Dolphin version? Any advice appreciated.
Edit: Sorry, here's my specs: Operating System: Windows Vista x86 Processor/CPU: AMD Phenom 9650 Quad-Core 2.30 GHz Video Card/GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series Memory/RAM: 4.00GB (I don't know the brand name sorry!) Dolphin Revision Currently Using: Dolphin 3.0 x86 and/or Dolphin 4.0.2 x86 04-26-2014, 08:15 PM
Use the latest dev builds, and get a 64bit OS and you'll probably reach full speed.

I updated my amd drivers to the 14.4 beta, and now the audio on wind waker isn't working. I am using the LLE DSP engine and I have tried each audio backend, does anyone know of any other settings I could use to fix it, or am I going to have to roll back to the old amd driver (the latest non-beta release also causes the same problem, I tried that one out before the beta driver, I think it was 14.1 or something, so I'd have to roll back to the one before even that).
Thanks in advance. |
