Hi all,
tomorrow I'm going to get the savefile from my GC memory card and put it into Dolphin (if I do everything right I hope) so I can continue my WindWaker save on Dolphin and finally play that third quest which I never did before!
Has anyone done this Gamecube Memory card WW save to Dolphin thingy before? If there's no way to get this to work it would be pretty good if I knew this before I start trying too hard.

Another thing:
On Winwakers Dolphin-wiki page it still lists the double fire effect glitch but further down under "Black squares in Dragon Roost" it says "fire effect is correct". Now I'm a bit confused. Is this a different glitch? Can anyone enlighten me a bit there?

Ballz. So I just found out that there is no third quest at all T___T. And about that memory card thingy, I just used one from gamefaqs.

This is correct! The cause of the distortion is Widescreen Hack.
It cannot be classified as a glitch if it is caused by a hack.

It actually seems that the heat effect in dragon roost is working correctly with widescreen hack disabled, but other heat effects still cause the doubling effect.
Can anyone confirm if this is supposed to be rendered that way on the real gamecube?

I am having a problem, I just got the mirror shield and its impossible to aim the light coming from the shield at the area needed to open the door. THe light either goes straight up or down, seems impossible to aim. Anyone know a solution to this?

Create an NTSC memory card save right where I need to be in the game and I'll try it. Also, please fill out your profile properly so people can see which build you're using and what kind of PC you have.

You probably going to want a controller to pass that part

It shouldn't. That issue has never been fixed.

What "other heat effect" are you talking about?

He could also adjust threshold but the controller will save him time and effort.
