I've ran into a strange performance issue with the 'shadow world' transition effect under DX11, regardless of ubershader settings (does not occur under OpenGL nor Vulkan). Stepping into the warp drastically drops performance to a <4% speed slideshow during the transition (with an accompanying massive spike in CPU/GPU usage), while I can maintain ~300% speed under OpenGL during the same transition. I've included my save if anyone else wants to see if they can reproduce that.
