for me MMU Speed Hack must be enabled or the game will not load and dolphin will crash. Also when using DSP LLE Recompiler the game will hang on startup when checking the memory card.

With DSP HLE Emulation and MMU Speed Hack Enabled the game works perfect.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5ghz (Turbo 3.9ghz)
MB: Asus P8Z77-VLK
SSD: 256GB OCZ Vertex 4
GPU: XFX ATI Radeon HD 4870 XXX 1GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB G.Skill Trident X 2400MHz
INPUT: Raphnet Gamecube to USB Adapter (v2.1) + White Japanese Gamecube Controller

I'm having issues with this game slowing down significantly during play, during the opening level overviews and sometimes during combat. I'm using the most current build of Dolphin x64. I have no issues with any other games and have more than enough CPU/GPU to handle this (i5-4690k/GTX-960). Any settings I should be fiddling with to get this running full speed?
