[GC] Tales of Symphonia

I've been trying to tweak my configuration but nothing seems to work. Outside

of menus, I can't seem to get anything above 30-35 FPS. I'm running an AMD

Phenom II x4 @ 3.6Ghz and 2 ATI Radeon HD 4890s Xfire. I don't think it's a

hardware issue and I've heard of many people running the game near perfect.

Also I'm running Dolphin 3402. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any advice

would be great
