hey all, just got to running Smash Brothers Melee in a long time.

I notice there now is a problem with the ground textures in this game... it almost looks like it is a shadow of some sort messing up, causing it to go completely black:

Any ideas? This is using version 5240.

Hello everybody.
I'm not getting to play Melee to 100%.
The SVN 4760 was the only one I could play with 4 characters, Light Melee mode to 100%, but ... Stages in the F-Zero and Kirby, the speed falls to 80%.
After this SVN, never got 100%.
Currently use the Dolphin 2.0 RC1. He is even good heating. Melee, has a lot less crashes caused by loading of data, commands respond in real time and graphics better, but ... I can only 100% Light Melee mode, with 2 characters, and still has to be in a different stage of F-Zero and Kirby. I'm worried about it xP!
My PC has settings that are the signature.
Use EFB to Texture, NO AA, 16x AF, 1600x900, DX9 plugin.

Has anyone had problems getting SSBM to dump properly? I've successfully dumped Metroid Prime and StarFox Assault, but rawDump kicks out an arithmetic overflow at around the 50% mark when attempting to dump Melee.

Nope, could be a drive going bad though. I used to get I/O errors and overflow issues on an old dvd drive from 2006, it would either be problematic right at the start of dump or halfway through.

After switching to hitachi h10nblk drive, it would rip mario sunshine, melee, starfox, etc. just fine, ripping japanese imports without flaw etc.

I just bought it a couple weeks ago, although it WAS a used drive. I dumped the StarFox game successfully after the Melee failure, so it's probably either a problem with the disc or a problem with RawDump.

After pulling out the disc and holding it up to the light... It's scratched to hell from years of use in the 'cube. Has anyone had any success with disc cleaning kits for this sort of issue?

I've never heard of any of those "disc cleaning" gimmicks ever working right.
