[GC] Super Smash Bros. Melee running slow

Hi,

I have a problem with SSBM. The game runs at ~45 fps and drops from time to time to around 35 fps(when there are explosion and whatnot). My cpu isn't that weak and should be able to handle this...

Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620 Processor, 2,60 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows Vista 64bit, Home Premium
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260
Hard drive in GB(free): C(40/98); I(55/405) <--Dolphin is on I
