It's likely to be your problem. If you got an in-game save try to load your game from this

I am finding that the game (version 1.02, and I verified that the ISO was good) freezes if no save data is present on the emulated memory card. I am using Dolphin revision 3.5-1641, with default settings, DX9 (OGL froze the emulator itself) and DSP HLE. I tried switching to LLE, and the game still froze. I got the same results with DX11 as well. Cheats are disabled. Help!

You can expect this kind of issue with unofficial versions of a game. They're made for a modded Wii and not for an emulator

I ripped the ISO myself from the official disc using CleanRip. I'll try re-ripping next time I have access to our Wii. My sister is currently using the PS3 that's hooked up to the same TV. EDIT: Yeah, no. I just confirmed that the MD5 and all other relevant data match. The ISO ripped correctly. FURTHER EDIT: After importing a save file found on gamefaqs, it appears that the game does not, in fact, freeze. It simply isn't responding to controller input. DERP: I forgot to set Port 1 as "standard controller". Whoops.

Hey, guys.
New Dolphin user here. I downloaded ver. 4.0-242 and everything runs great except sound which has maybe a 100ms or more delay. Tried suing HLE, LLE, xaudio2, openAL, etc. Here are my specs: 2500k @ 4.2ghz nvidia 560 ti 16 gb of ram both dolphin and game on ssd Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance! 10-18-2013, 05:44 PM
That's just how Dolphin is. You can actually fix the slowdown by running the game at 59 fps instead of 60 fps for some reason. But that's just trading one problem for another at that point.

Dudes, hi. I'm new. Aaaaand a bit of a noob. Look, I have an ISO of my previously untouched Super Smash Bros. Melee (USA) GC disc. Long Story short, my Gamecube's dead and I tried playing it on Dolphin. It keeps telling me "EFB scale overridden by game ini". What does that mean? How can I fix it? PLEASE HELP. ;-;
