I just checked out my Config, I had an off-by-one error.

L: Button 5
R: Button 6

EDIT: hold on, that might be a Mac thing.

Well here's the complicated way to get the buttons:

Press and hold BUT NOT ALL THE WAY on the left trigger (go until there is resistance). Then click on the L box and then press all the way down on the trigger.

Repeat for the right trigger.

This is how I got the correct layout. If this doesn't work, you have a bad controller/adapter.

Doing that just makes them pressed down all the time.

Don't do that during the game. Do that in the config window.

FFS pressure buttons were turned off... its fixed.
