Hey guys, I'm using 3dTVPlay with this game and I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the 'heat wave' effect. Objects within a short distance appear fine, and objects beyond that distance have a heat wave applied to them which breaks the 3d. I guess it's a sort of overlay which doesn't get processed correctly when in stereoscopic mode. On a side note I could only get 3d vision to work when using multiples of 640x528 internal resolution as opposed to window size. If you have 3d photo viewer here are two pictures highlighting the effect. They will d/l as .jps.jpg just remove the .jpg extension and should load as 3d fine.

Thanks for the quick reply! It works great. The only thing messed up now is looking at objects with ocean surface behind them, but that's a small annoyance compared to the heat wave issue you resolved. Thanks

Because you probably need trigger buttons that recognize if you press soft or hard.

Quoting an old post, but is there a way to set another key for lightly holding the R button? I think I am just using the default keys.

Here's two pics of this game running at 1080p in the best form it can right now imo:

-In a patched version of Dolphin to remove that awful "heat blur" effect which does not work well at high resolutions
-With the newly released hi-res texture pack (HUD is basically finished but only 5% of the other textures are complete at this time)
-With widescreen hack enabled, expanded 16:9, not cropped (this does produce some graphical glitching when looking at a body of water, but otherwise it works great. I still prefer it to cropping or having constant black bars on the sides at all times)

Hi Big Grin

I've tried all config possible to have my Sunshine looks like "normal" but the game renders like that : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vytD22LTDrw&feature=player_detailpage#t=203s

At Delfino and only at Delfino the game is too dark and i don't know why. Everithing is fine (no glitch, framerate is great) when i jump into a "M" to start a new mission, the game looks fine but when i go back to delfino it's exactly as in the video or as these screens (note mines but same problem) http://www.abload.de/img/2009-03-24_185544b4tf.png http://www.abload.de/image.php?img=2009-03-24_185323t32g.png http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/513/69778333.png/ It's not like this in the original game ?

In some place at delfino it's really too dark, it looks like a filter is applied and at other place it's okay

If someone have a solution.

Lol, you've never played the game huh?
You'll need to collect Shine Sprites to make the sun brighter.

Just play the game, and you'll see the world get brighter.
