And, NO, its not the effectweather effect.

Gonna ilustrate what i say:

EFB copy to -> RAM

It's blurred because it's blurred in the real game on the real Gamecube, and with Copy To RAM, Dolphin is emulating it accurately.

Dont known bout you man, but i've played Mario sunshine on GC before.
And its not like that on GC.

I've been testing SMS and the goo seems to be fixed for me(with efb to ram) and rev5457, the water actually cleans like its supouse to.
But another problem emerged, the game seems to freeze in like 5 to 10 min of gameplay, the music continues to play, but the screen is totally freezed. Undecided

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Having the same crashing problem but with the Dolphin-x64-r5561 one, goo is still odd for me though.

Gonna try the very newest build.

*edit* Nope, goo still odd, crashing still happens on newest build.

Regarding the goo, do you have Force Bi/Trilinear Filtering enabled. It apparently also causes issues with the goo, and should be disabled. For me with Bi/Trilinear Filtering disabled and EFB Texture set to RAM goo, except for the bubbles in it, is fine.

So.. what about the freezes? I tried old revs, new ones, D3d, OGL, and still crashes, it takes like 10 min but it will crash no matter what i do.

Is this freezeing problem a known issue? Or its just me?

Man the game is PERFECT in last revision. i´m using r5621 32 bits direct3d and the game looks just PERFECT.

Hi,

I wanted to play SMS with v2.0 but it freezes in the second chapter, after a certain playtime. I tried to adjust settings, but nothing helps, it always crashes.

Like I read here, there are more people who have the exact same issue and I know at least two more outside this forum who have the same, so this must be a not so uncommon problem. Please fix it, SMS is such a great game Wink

Windows XP 32Bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3,00 Ghz
4 GB RAM
Geforce 9800 GTX+
