[GC] Super Mario Sunshine

OS: Windows XP 32 bit
RAM: 4gig
CPU: Intel dual-core 3.0ghz (2CPUs)
Video card: ATI 4870 512mb

I'm running build R3972 and I'm getting about 20 FPS

What are the optimal settings for Super Mario Sunshine so I can play decently?

1. use the Dx9 plugin
2. disable other audio in the DSP settings
3. try lowering the resolution and effects, maybe you are puting those too high
