Can't be that, it was a fresh install (separate folders) for each version I tested :/

Thank you so much for reporting this; this issue has been fixed thanks to it being narrowed down so quickly.

3.5-2263 is supposed to fix auto clean sirena beach issue but I still get the issue (on any backend) ..
Besides I found out that this code, that hacks the game to run in widescreen, fixes that stripped loading screen-issue in OpenGL .. When I run the game with this code the loading screen is no longer stripped when it's set above 1x native resolution: F0N5-B36H-HZDVX 6GRT-TJHW-8MR45 (PAL only, ba Ralf from gscentral.org) 09-06-2013, 08:50 AM
Weird, I tried 3.5-2272 earlier with it and the issue is definitely fixed on that - at least for default settings. I assume you've tried with a clean installation? I've also only tested NTSC if that makes any difference...
Does it have any affect when I copy all the datas from /User/Config from a previous version?
I always do that because it's very annoying to set up Dolphin again and again every time you download a new version .. It also could be because of the PAL version, you're right, does anyone else have the PAL version of this game to test it? There is also another annoying little bug for SMS, when I run the game and I set it to forced 16:9, Dolphin at first ignores that and starts it in 4:3 .. It only changes to 16:9 when I click on graphics (I don't have to change anything, I just click on graphics and when the graphics-window pops up, the game jumps to 16:9) 09-06-2013, 11:23 AM

It's probably worth trying with a completely clean installation just to be sure. Then, if that works, you can see what the differences in the files are. I'll try and test PAL if I can. 09-06-2013, 01:50 PM
slax65 Wrote:Does it have any affect when I copy all the datas from /User/Config from a previous version? This is the cause of your problem. The issue was that the game .ini files were not properly updated for PerfQueries. If you copied your old data, then you'd basically be reversing the fix. The PAL game .ini was changed as well (as was the NTSC-U and J versions). See the actual commit for more details: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/so...f597558865 |
