So this would be why I still get this issue, even though I just set up the latest version of Dolphin completely without copying anything .. Also tried to make a video to proof but even with DxTory you can't record a shit with opengl or dx11 ..

Yes. It's generally not recommended to do "lazy updating".

So did anyone else try to do this in the PAL version? I can also offer my save datas so that you don't have to play half of the game just to test this ..

It's been mentioned a few times but I don't think anyone's posted a fix for it? For some reason Mario Sunshine is the only game I've played that won't run in a 16:9 ratio, always forces to 4:3 no matter what settings I change - has anyone figured out how to fix this?

(Using 3D9 for 3D vision)
