the problem begins in that dungeon... outside her has no problems..

0:06 - no problems in menu, see?
0:50 - I' loaded to a old save to show u guys there is no screens problems outside dungeon..

This error happened to me as well, but it only affects the areas of the game where the "Heat" effect is used. My only advice if there's not a solution is to live with it, it's no big deal.

I think it's the "heat shimmer" effect , that's emulated at too high a scale. instead of "shimmering" a few pixels , it does a few dozen pixels in larger chunks...

I haven't seen the original game to compare , but the lava i see in that area , makes me believe that was what is intended there.

It can even be intended to shimmer that big , and that the lack of cpu/cpu power is what makes it look "choppy" as well .. idk..

Would like to see what it looks like on a genuine wii though.

It's the heat wave effect being emulated improperly.
Try a more recent Dolphin build and maybe try EFB copy to texture.
