Huh, reducing the IR by one, to 3x seems to have fixed the fps issue, and im now getting near 60fps at all times. Who woulda thought...

Thats what I thought your problem might be since these are some of the most GPU intensive games on Dolphin. but I wouldn't think A 980 couldn't handle them fine at 4x strange.

Just thought I would share this here. There is a 16:9 code for this game now (Found in the code patches sub forum) but it breaks the Hud (Map Health Missle etc. render partly off screen). Add this to your RS3 config to test it out and maybe some one good at coding might find a fix for the hud!

LtRoyalShrimp - Could you try to figure out what was being used for the fadeout on the scene reference in this bug report? I've tried to debug it and have gotten nowhere.
