Well, i was just trying to play this game on the latest dev build as of speaking rn, and following the recommendations from the Dolphin Wiki, by disabling dual-core and fixing the purple transitions, the game STILL runs horrible, (25-35 fps | less than 50% of the normal speed) on a Ryzen 3600 4.2ghz and a RTX 2070 SUPER.

So yes, if there isn't any problem on my end or something i'm missing to configure on the emulator, this game should NOT be considered playable at all, it less than half speed

I was able to get through guns of durbrillion without a single crash with 5.0-15445.

These games need special treatment, I swear that every other game will enter the Perfect category and these will still be unchanged, in the Ingame category, running at a solid 5 FPS with an Intel Core i999-99999K and an NVIDIA RTX 9080 Super or whatever hardware is out by that time.

I need some help. I can't seem to get the game working well at all. With the default settings, I can't get the game to run well at all, it runs fine in the menus, the cutscenes are laggy but mostly fine but when it gets into the actual game, the FPS goes between 40 and 1 FPS depending on what is happening on screen and I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

Here are my specs which should be more than good enough to get the game running well:
Intel I7 6800K
Nvidia GTX 1050 TI
16GB of DDR4 Ram
And I'm using an M.2 SSD.

Also trying to get this one running. I can boot it into the opening animatic trying to skip this results in a purple screen and hang that recovers when tabbing out from the emulation and back in, this gets me to the menu which is running fine. attempting to skip any cutscene transition with A will result in this recoverable hang unless the XFB copies to texture option is unselected which fixes this issue. I've tried the other troubleshooting methods in this thread and elsewhere (single core, latest builds, ubershaders, etc). and all of these address the purple transitions and skip hangs (opcode errors) to some degree. the furthest I can actually get is selecting the first mission and getting into the x-wing in the hanger at which point it goes unrecoverable with the right channel audio buzz and a freeze. this is on 5 - 16380 with all default settings and being careful not to skip any transitions after the first. any other builds and variations of the troubleshooting options will crash much earlier, either immediately, or from the mission selection screen. all versions of these attempts have run for me at about 50-60 fps when in menus and transitions.

Hoping to hear from a dev or a debugger once these stack up again, this game seems to be a pretty reoccurring issue.

Do you have a good dump of the game and have not converted it to nkit? You can verify by right-clicking the game in Dolphin's list > Properties > Verify Tab > Verify
