There's a difference. I have an I7 5960x overclocked at 4.4 and the intro runs approximatively at 45 fps with last revs.
I have full speed with the 4.0 9262.

you do know 5.0-530 was the last build that worked fine? 4.0 is a bit old

there's finally a decent solution to the camera bug on the original pc game, install a fps counter app like fraps, rivatuner stat server etc and have the counter enabled while playing and there is no camera bug at all, think someone on the gog forums found that "fix". much better than hitting F1 again and again.

was just starting to get better performance on rebel strike and then boom dynamic bat, the good lord taketh away

just use 530, pretty stable, 770 if you on the custom build.

I'm on a 6700K at 4.6ghz and I can't get full speed anymore.

still runs slow on the 1xxx builds even rogue leader lags.

is it worth reporting this as an issue?

Nah, it's not a regression, it's just more accurate emulation and takes an even stronger machine, unfortunately :/
Would be good if Dynamic BAT could be an option.

The devs, obviously. You could try to find them on Dolphin's IRC channel (or is it Discord, nowadays?). Or you could ask Tino if he's willing to implement it into Ishiiruka.
