Are the aspec ratio bug for the cutscenes ever going to get fixed? The cutscenes are supposed to be in 16:9 ratio with black borders on the top and bottom of the screen instead of being stretched.

Has anyone tried using the "Perfect Level Statistics" AR code? I can get other codes to work, except this one. Just want to see if I'm doing anything wrong.

Hey everyone,
I'm new to Dolphin and to these forums, and I hope I'm not committing a terminal faux-pas by coming here to post a support question. I'm running a version of Dolphin from perhaps a week ago on my i4790k with a Geforce 980. Rebel Leader was one of the main reasons for me to go Dolphin. The game is running okay once sound is set to DSP-LLE. However, I've got relatively frequent, major slowdowns; it's not always clear to me what causes them, but perhaps the most noticeable, reproducible slowdown is in the Tattooine training when I fly over the settlement itself and all the houses are visible. In case this helps: it's not (just) that the framerate goes down, the game itself becomes slow, which is most noticeable in the music - the tunes become slower (I'd say they slow down to 1/3 or 1/4 of how fast they'd usually be) and the audio becomes choppy. Is this a common issue, and is there a way to resolve it? I've Googled for tips and have read the last few pages of this thread, but as I don't know how much of a difference the version makes I didn't want to start trying tips that apply to a much older version. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Thanks! |
