I'm reading this quiet a lot lately, but it doesn't sound right. There are two separate settings. One is EFB copies to either RAM or texture. EFBtoRAM is very hard on the CPU and since this game is quiet playable without it, you might want to put it on EFBtoTexture. Since it's forced to RAM, you need to put this into the ini: EFBToTextureEnable = True
The other setting is the texture cache accuracy. That's where you've got the SAFE and FAST options. AFAIK you don't need SAFE for this game (and it's also rough on performance) so just put it on FAST.
