No, I mean What do you mean by 'Article Video' and then RG2, did you mean RS2? And as Fiora said, LLE still works and is fine for me because my CPU is relatively recent. Is English your native language? If you ran it through a translator that would explain my confusion.

RSII, RGII, oh well, sorry for mistyping a letter, I guess it was a pain to find out considering the thread we are in.

Cut me some slack dude, I can't work my brain 100% perfect 24/7. I mean the RSII video of the last dev. article.

Work != Smooth, I own a 4670K and it has slow downs on certain sections. Uploading a video of a PR build is misleading to say the least.

I'm pretty sure that video was made on master, not a build with the HLE hack, but you'd have to ask JMC to be 100% sure.

I made sure to have generated the shader cache for the stage ahead of time so there were no stutters during the video. It was recorded in Master, with my computer setup to do JUST rogue squadron 2.

Not sure how most people are running RSII at a solid 60fps throughout, it greatly varies from level to level, I have to resort to underclocking to 50% to prevent medium to severe stuttering on Battle of Hoth, Prisons of the Maw, Vengeance on Kothlis, Imperial Academy Heist (fogs a killer) so far.

Spec :-

Intel i7 3820 @ 4.4GHz
1x GTX 980 SC Edition
16GB 1600 DDR3 RAM

Setup :-

LLE
OGL Backend
Stretch To Window
V-Sync
IR = Window Size
AF = 16X
Post Processing FXAA
EFB to RAM = Middle
Disable XFB

I've tried Dolphys and others suggested setups, deleted (but backed up) my Dolphin user folder, but still adverage about 38-45fps with stuttering.

Even forcing settings to IR to 1x, Ignore Format Changes, Fast Texture Copies, Disable XFB, and Fast Depth Calculation. Get the same performance as before.

Also you can have EFBtoram set to safe

and make sure to check skip efb to cpu.

Yup, HLE gives a noticable fps increase on my side too.
