Save states are not the normal ingame save files. They're emulator saves that you can do at any time.

Aaaaaaah no that i dont even use. I just use the original save states from the game it self.

Yeah, just call them saves, otherwise you'll get people confused Wink
It's good you're not using them, though. They often cause issues.

3.0 didn't store save files and savestates in the Documents folder. I think they were somewhere inside the Dolphin folder... Maybe User/SaveStates or something like that? I've never used those old versions.

Ah, right, before 4.0 it was in the Dolphin folder under User.

I installed the latest version of USB drivers, but still does not work, I'll have to wait for the next stable version of Dolphin Sad

Yeah, it's fine for other people so I don't think a 'stable' version would help you. Must be something on your end or a rare hardware incompatibility with Dolphin. What gfx card do you have?

That can be achieved by creating a "portable.txt" file in the Dolphin directory, I prefer having the old way with the User folder in my Dolphin folder.

Just because a version is really stable for you doesn't mean it doesn't have a bug that triggers problems on other peoples' computers. "It works on my computer" is just one data point; if it was accepted as a solution, bugs would never get fixed because developers would just say "eh, works on my machine."
