I offered a reason why it might boot on 4.0.2 and not on newer builds and offered a solution. If you don't want to take ten minutes to re rip your disc just to check if that might be the cause I have nothing left to suggest.

I've seen your video IceStrike256 and works perfect for you.
Do not understand why not start any version of Dolphin necessary to run these games, I double click on the exe dolphin and does nothing more than create those files "exceptioninfo", I do not think it is problem of iso if it works with version 4.0.2 Sad

Thanks for the settings Dolphy, if I get to start Dolphin I try it.

I appreciate your help but the problem is that new versions of Dolphin not start, no matter if my copy of the game is good or not because I can try nothing at all.

Oh I see. I did not understand your issue. That's a strange one.

Maybe something is corrupt in there. This may fix your issue. After that, grab the latest master build off the download page and extract it to wherever you want and run it, let us know what happens.

Remember the download page link is at the top of this page, since the recent fixes are now in the master build, don't download any versions you find linked in this thread.

Dude, you can't tell people to delete their whole Dolphin Emulator folder! All your save games, Miis and stuff are in there O_O

Yes I agree, and I would have said to anyone else to move their saves first but reading his original message, he's brand new to the scene so I assumed he wouldn't have anything saved anyway, being as English is not his first language I didn't want to overwhelm him with instructions either. No worries though, he's saying it's crashing on startup of Dolphin though. Hey what about the VC libraries? Anyone have a link for the downloads, they are still needed right?

Found another poster that's having the same problems as you are and the solution that has worked for others was updating USB drivers for your motherboard

Hey! Anybody know where I can find the save states of this game from the 3.0-413 version of Dolphin? It’s iteachvader’s efforts to extract the sound effects! https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-sfx-ripping-decoding-dumping-features?pid=358019#pid358019

In your documents folder there are the saves.

If he's really looking for save STATES, then it's rather this folder:
C:\Users\xxxxx\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\StateSaves
Intel i5-4690k (Devil's Canyon) @ 3.5 GHz (+Scythe Mugen) / Gainward GTX 1070 Phoenix (OC'd) / ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER / 16GB G.Skill DDR3-2400 CL10 TridentX / X-Fi XtremeMusic / Win10 Pro 64bit / Dell S2716DG Monitor / 3x original WiiMote+MotionPlus+Nunchuk

That folder is empty for me

Then maybe you're not using save states Wink
Save states are not the normal ingame save files. They're emulator saves that you can do at any time.
