Go to your my documents folder and find "dolphin emulator" and delete it, this is where it saves all its config files so that you don't have to put new settings in every time. Maybe something is corrupt in there. This may fix your issue. After that, grab the latest master build off the download page and extract it to wherever you want and run it, let us know what happens.

Remember the download page link is at the top of this page, since the recent fixes are now in the master build, don't download any versions you find linked in this thread.

I did what you told me, I deleted the folder dolphin emulator that was in my documents, uninstalled version 4.0.2  and installed the latest version 4.0-5384-x64 but dolphin still does not start, the
exceptioninfo file appears and says this:

Unhandled Exception
 Code: 0xC0000005
Call stack info:
    Dolphin!0x00AD27AF : ?

The last line changes according to the version used but no start.

My English is not too good, bad dump = bad iso (rom)?
With version 4.0.2 Rogue Squadron 2 works always but very slow, between 15 and 56 fps more or less, unplayable but it works.

Dude, you can't tell people to delete their whole Dolphin Emulator folder! All your save games, Miis and stuff are in there O_O

If people do that they delete their saves as well, nice tip Monyet . You could say rename the folder and see what it does when he will use dolphin again

Except 4.0.2 didn't have zfreeze and your issue could be in the assets that weren't able to be displayed.or loaded before. Try to redump the iso.

Those folders had nothing important, 3 or 4 days ago I saw videos on youtube of Rogue Squadron with Dolphin and is the reason why I'm here trying Dolphin.
I've seen your video IceStrike256 and works perfect for you.
Do not understand why not start any version of Dolphin necessary to run these games, I double click on the exe dolphin and does nothing more than create those files "exceptioninfo", I do not think it is problem of iso if it works with version 4.0.2
