oh yeah i've tried that, breaks the graphics. force 16:9 is nice enough for now, better than playing with bars.

If anyone is wondering, this is what it looks like with the REAL 16:9 hack. The game simply is not rendering tiles outside a certain range, which is not visible in 4:3.

I mentioned this the other day, it would be nice if they can find a workaround so I can see the whole battle across all 3 monitors, right now I get the same thing as the video above but my side monitors are blank.

I still wonder if a code can even give us true widescreen since the game is programmed to draw just outside 4:3 range. Anyone with more experience of widescreen cheats have an idea?
