So Hoth has significant slowdown on my PC(4770k, AMD 7970). Is this something that should be looked into? Find out whats the cause of the slowdown(EFB2RAM, etc)

And the second is the dithering. Im going to hold off on any playthrough until there is a hack for that, as its pretty distracting.

I bet it's the Radeon card... dunno why it's hoth. I actually don't have a problem on it on my slower computer.

Gonna play both OpenGL and D3D and see if it makes a difference. 

EDIT: D3D at same settings as OpenGL is worse, and unplayable. Darn. Welp. Will have to wait for some more optimization magic from Fiora

EDIT #2: Depending on time, ill be looking into a GTX980, so even better OpenGL performance. Sweet.

I recently bought a backwards compatible Wii and the RS GC games so it will be fun comparing each game side by side under different hardware and software

Very exciting time to play these again, it has been a long wait, but glad to finally see it! Thanks again all!

I also bought SimCity Creator for Wii, after I figure out how to make an image of it, I'd love to stress test it under Dolphin

No not yet, like Fiora posted a few posts earlier "at this point we're probably waiting on ZFreeze and HLE."
