recently got a wii u and these games look much better than they did on the gc / wii, still not the crisp gfx of dolphin but they look nice and clear on my 32" hdtv. playing with the pro controller is much better than the old gc controller, i hated those, i found the triggers way too springy.

True.

One way around that would be to see if you can map the Pro controller like Nintendont does, which is have ZL and ZR mapped to the 'click' and when the L shoulder button 'and' ZL or ZR is pressed the output is equivalent to a 50% press on the corresponding trigger.

works on super Mario sunshine as well. Smile

As an added bonus, they run at a glorious 60fps with flawless sound.  Love Dolphin.  Love the HD Texture Pack, but you're right, these look so great piped over the Wii U's HDMI.

i'll be honest, i'm not a fan of hd texture pack, some of the textures ruin the feel or game for me, i prefer how it originally looked, i think the walkers look a bit cartooney, the black lines really stand out and i'm not liking some of the space backgrounds and planets, it's a good pack but i've just been playing them vanilla.

Yeah, Han makes great textures, but I also wished he had kept closer to the originals or at least made those boombast colorful backgrounds optional.

I thought I fixed the AT-AT textures? Did you see IceStrike's recent uploads?

Also, ever since the option of True 24-bit color was included in the Dolphin graphic options, I've noticed that the colors are a lot more realistic and rich (because that was the color space I was originally working on). The game looks more movie-like now.
