any chance the hle hack could be implemented as a hack option in the gui? seeing as the hack build is no longer being updated. i mean there's already a hack tab in the gui, why not add it?

Dolphin has (as far as I can remember) never had hacks for single games in its GUI. I don't think they will do that, except maybe if they see absolutely no way the issue could ever actually be fixed.

You could ask Tino. Maybe he'll add it in his Ishiiruka build.

No. We want to decrease the number of hacks in Dolphin, not increase them.

Hey guys, quick question: every time I blow up the deathstar I get error invalid PowerPC opcode error. Is there a way to fix it?

I'm using the custom Fiora build because it manages to run HLE without the crackle.

The problem is that you're using Fiora's hack build. There is currently no way to run this game with DSP HLE without errors.

just in case no one noticed, i asked tino if he could add the hle hack to his Ishiiruka build and he did. it's in the development forum.

also a reminder, if you disable idleskip for rs 2 & 3 it doubles your fps.

good way to test is load rs 3 with idleskip on and watch the dancing scene, then watch it again with idleskip off.

just disable it via the game ini, which leaves it on for everything else.

So the opening cutscene of imperial academy heist doesn't have massive slowdown anymore unfortunately hoth cutscene still does.
