Is it just me or does this game keep crashing with D3D once you take control of Fox?

It works fine here, although, I think OGL its the way to go for this game (fixes the shadow issues).
I'm about 30% in game, I did get once this "the cpu thread is running faster than the gpu" error (but I really don't know how to replicate it) also, even when the game is running at 60fps from time to time, I feel like its actually doing some frame skipping, or like the performance its not actually at 60 fps. 12-19-2014, 12:26 PM
okay, a little update, just finished the game, got the "cpu thread is running faster than the gpu" error a total of 4 times, also, there are some stuttering here and there, but overall, its perfect.

Getting a few glitches still.
Shadows still being copied from different objects in D3D, not sure about ogl. Also, after a while, fox's eyes become blank, and have no pupils, this seems to happen randomly in either backend. I think i read somewhere that the texture gets mis-alinged, but idk.

Can you guys, help me. When I'm about to deliver the second Krazoa Shrine, it supposed to show a clip of Fox staring at Krystal and then i would be able to deliver the krazoa shrine, the problem is when i get close to krystal the clip doesn't show up, and when i go closer tho the krazoa head, it doesn't allowed me to deliver it. Any answer will be helpful and thanks for taking your time to read my issue.

Does this game stutter bad and have overall poor performance for those with modern gaming grade hardware. On my system if I don't disable cpu efb access the game stutters and drops frames bad. That still doesn't completely fix it. I have to lower IR and disable cpu efb access for decent performance, as decent as can be achieved. I have an i7 950 OC'd to 4Ghz, GTX460 and 6GB DDR3 ram.
Other demanding games perform well but this game has always given trouble. Even with the performance improvements this game doesn't fare much better than before and item selection is still bugged. Fox's tail still looks weird on the title screen. Is it a matter of the game being too demanding, some issue or something funky this game does? At least the dialog is in sync now and other issues resolved with this game, other issues still remain. 03-28-2015, 03:24 AM
How is the item selection bugged? The only problem I've had with the game is the CPU-GPU desync.

There used to be a bug where you couldn't close out of the menu without toying around a bit to exit out. The menu would be stuck and it conflicted with other actions until the menu was able to be successfully exited from.. Not sure if that might have been fixed with the dialog sync bug however I seem to remember it still being an issue after the dialog sync issue was fixed.

Maybe I'm not explaining it right or you don't get what I'm referring to but it's an issue or was.
