Yup, we have no idea why the game is putting huge negative depths on things. No solution in sight. Old "working" method was more broken, so it's not coming back.

As of dolphin-master-5.0-7982-x64 Sonic Adventure DX requires "GPU Texture Decoding" in order to fix this depth issue and Sonic eyes. https://imgur.com/a/QezNVkm Edit: Sonic Adventure 2 Battle has the same depth issue and it happens with all backends..
