Also, when I resize the game when it's running, it displays nothing else than squares lol... And I am using the 3.0-688 x64 version atm.

That sounds strange to say to say the least. Does running the latest GIT release change anything? What about switching graphic backends? I guess a screenshot of what it looks like when you resize would be helpful in this case, along with your settings.
Sure, sorry I weren't really paying attention, I will post a screenshot ASAP.
And yea, it also happens with the newest version. EDIT: Lol, strange... It doesn't seem to happen anymore o_O... I do have another bug, but I think it has been mentioned before. The sound stutters and goes glitchy all of a sudden. 11-05-2012, 08:18 AM
I assume you're using HLE audio. LLE audio will more than likely take care of any audio issues. This game isn't very demanding so you might as well use LLE audio. Switching audio backends may help (it improved the audio just a little bit for me, see the wiki entry I wrote), but your milage may vary.

EDIT: I only get around 40FPS in-game now . My CPU is: "AMD Phenom II X6 1100T - 3.8 GHz". Any ideas :o? 11-05-2012, 10:23 PM

Try to check "LLE on Thread" if you still haven't done it

I've still got the same problem .
I've uploaded a screenshot to show what's happening. Link EDIT: Yes, I've disabled 2 cores for heat problems when OCing, that's why the name is different.
If you disabled 2 cores "LLE on Thread" is useless. 2 cores for good speed + LLE are probably not enough. Try to switch to HLE and to check "Lock Treads to Cores"
