(SSBM, Tales of Symphonia w/ HLE, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn [Wii], for example; haven't tried out too many thus far)

AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics 1.40 GHz
4 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6600M Series
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Graphics and Audio are all fine, it's just the speed. At a lousy 1.40 GHz, are there any settings or fixes or anything that I could use to play this at 100%(relatively) speed?

NO.

    Emulation Speed
  • It runs very fast even on relatively slow CPU's. For instance, my laptop has a 2x1,6Ghz CPU, and the game runs at almost full speed on it!
Not even close? I forgot to mention I had a Quad-Core, and if there are 1.6 GHz CPU's that can play this at almost full speed, a 1.4 should be able to get at least somewhat close... done whining.

I guess a loud 'NO' is something else. Guess I'm stuck with the real copy. Maybe in a few years, then...

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the dolphin scene now that I have a computer that is good enough to run it. I am enjoying it very much but I am having a problem with Sonic Adventure 2 Battle...

Everything runs great until I get to the first level (City Escape). After the cutscene of Sonic escaping the helicopter I see the Now Saving screen and then it just freezes. The same goes with Dr. Eggman's first level.

I looked around and couldn't find a fix for it. I'm running 3.0 and I've even tried running an older and known working version of Dolphin and still get frozen. Is there a certain setting that needs to be ticked on or off?

I also tried using direct3d 9 and 11 and openGL and all 3 have done the same thing.

Thank you in advance. Again, I'm new to this and if I have forgotten some information please let me know!

Thanks!

Dolphin is crashing on Metal Harbor on D3D9/11 and OGL but it seems to be isolated just to that level. I played through a few others without a problem, any ideas?

The same happens to me. I'm sure my computer can run this emulator as it's a IntelCore i7 and every other game I tried works perfectly, but when playing this game it worked fine until I reached metal harbour. I tried playing it on different settings and it always crashes on different parts of the stage, but mostly it happens when sonic grabs on the rocket...

The only problem I seem to have is this..

Before, you could select a GHz, but I think I clicked a wrong one and now the black bar on the bottom of the screen doesn't go away.
