Works fine here. Do you have Speed-up disc turned on or something?

I didn't see it in the options checking again, either. It is a PAL version of the game, and seeing the latest blog update regarding PAL games I thought for sure that the new fix would solve the issue, so I jumped to the latest master....nope. The game does boot on 5.0, so it must be a setting of mine somewhere. I didn't include this bit of info - one of many windows that pops up when the crash occurs: "An error occurred. Line 24: File: VertexShaderGen.cpp Ignore and Continue?" I tried re-downloading and extracting the dev version, but still nothing. Could that be a video card driver issue, maybe? Wondering if I should move this to support, but this is the only game I seem to be having the behavior with. I can load my PAL version of Soul Caliber II just fine.

I'm running the NTSC version, so I don't know. You may want to go download the latest drivers for your GPU and see if that helps. Also download the DirectX web updater, there may be something missing in your install.

I messed around with a number of different version combinations recently, and while I can put chao into VBA-M, SA2:B absolutely cannot display anything located in the Tiny Chao Garden for "pick up". Conversely, SADX can both send to and pick up from the temporary TCG, though it can't pick up from the TCG in Sonic Advance. I tried this between Dolphin 5.0-7038 and VBA-M v2.0.2, but I later opted to use VBA-M 1490 instead since it doesn't kill my audio after loading a game or the BIOS. All 64 bit versions.

There are thin white lines next to my character's icon next to the amount of lives. The cutscene text works fine, but I can't figure out how to remove the lines. How can I fix this?

Try updating Dolphin to something more recent first. 5.0 is very old at this point. Dev builds are newer and relatively stable.

Well, consider the GC controller a separate issue for now. That can be dealt with at a later point. Do the latest dev builds solve the graphical issues?
BTW, try posting a screenshot so we can see what's going on. It could give us some clues. 05-15-2018, 11:43 AM

That appears to be one of the common tile rendering problem that typically occur when using IR > 1. Refer...
https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/6833 This effects a lot of titles and I've been complaining about it for over 4 years now. |
