My expectation however was that there would be some quality loss aligning with the original GC textures better.
people that Extract entire Textures of a game, Image-Scale it with Photoshop,
then convince people its an "HD Texture Pack"..
Image Scaling/Interpolation also blurs/skews out the fine details of the in-game Art.
Only an proper artist can make true High-Res Textures.
The font used in Code Veronice as that old Typewriter look, which i dont see as much in the high res screens
Gir, I understand what do you mean, I've seen guys like that, and some textures are in HD that i managed to extract the own HD version of the PS3, as well as that of the main menu "Press Start" which in orginal PS3 version is in widescreen, now the textures i could not extract the PS3, i simply extracts the GC put in PhotoShop and then added some effects like gaussian blur, a little to hide the low resolution of the game ..
Kolano, in my opinion I think playing a lot better in Widescreen, the more you're right that a few may not have a widescreen monitor or tv anyway is very easy to turn 16:9 to 4:3, if you want I can pass the project, and you can make a version of 4:3 (:
Comparison of the main menu!
