Technically you have to provide the whole source code according to the license, but I think a patch plus a link to the original source code could be able to count as that for our purposes. Just make sure to specify the exact commit of Dolphin to apply the patch to.

I should probably note that the patch was originally created for build 5.0-9240 (a6ba29859e231d9585fbf38427fd30a86e64103d) although it applies without modification to 9291.

For some reason the view default config doesnt work when i click on it and i have no idea how to apply the patch

Have you unzipped into an existing Dolphin install? The .exe won't work on its own. If I've understood correctly, you should just need to download the latest version of Dolphin, then replace the .exe with this one and it should work.

I'm getting really weird slowdown for this game despite being able to max out the resolution on more demanding titles like Metroid Prime and The Last Story regardless of Dolphin version.
