I can confirm, it hanged about a minute into running the game from a GFX FIFO popup saying something failed.

I Dual Core enabled for default, but in the game-specific settings of XD I have closed off dual core (I assume that's what the black square means). Am I doing this right?

No, the square means that the default setting will be used. To disable a setting, the box needs to be empty.

Turning off dual core on the stable version gives me no crashes so far, although the speed has noticeably dropped by about 30% on several occasions, but up to 70% when purifying a pokemon.

Will try the dev versions and update stuff if things are different there

Hello,

I was playing Pokemon XD normaly (ah these memories..) and in "Crypto-Labor" (german name, i don't know the english name..) there are 6 dudes you have to fight.
However ingame they are.. black: https://i.imgur.com/V0l1z1P.jpg
But in the cutsence before and in battle, they are colored again: https://i.imgur.com/h36uOfV.jpg
I can't remember if it was also the case in the Wii (i dont have a GC) but i don't think so.
I also tried the setting like the native reselution, real XFB and LLE Sound (my own dumped, not the dolphin ones).
Happends on both OpenGL and DirectX. I am on a Windows 7 HE Machine with Dolphin 4.0-5991.

Does anyone encounter this too? I am using the PAL (European) Version. My dump is valid (Dolphin and CleanRip reports MD5 f36d14bebf8fea6a046404bff6adb7e6).
If needed i can provide the Save-File. (but it's in german.. No you can't switch language or the game complains that you should play the game with the language in the save file.. wich is german)

Have you tried unchecking Store EFB Copies to Texture only and using Safe Texture Cache?

Yes, i tried, but no success. But i noticed when checking "Texture Format Overlay" the colors appears. However unchecking it makes the colors dissapear again.
