The game seems to be broken for me using JIT and the newest version. JIT IL and Interpreter all work fine.

MD5 hash is also fine, so this is an issue with Dolphin.

There's not much that can be done without further explanation if it is broken. Where does this happen? What version of the game? What settings were you using? Is it reproduceable?

Ofc.

Happens right when starting the game, settings are default and it also happens when disabling dual core.

Haven't yet managed to track down the build that broke it, but I will.

Hey everyone! I'm having a bit of an issue with this game - After the brothers read the letter in the beginning sequence, I see a cinematic of a steam ship; after pressing A, it goes to the right, the scene fades to white, and the emulator crashes. Using newer versions of Dolphin, it said something about an invalid pointer, but after I tried reverting to the recommended previous version of Dolphin, it now just plain crashes at that exact spot. I don't know why this is happening. If it helps, I'm using an AMD Radeon HD 7700 series. Can anyone help me out? I can provide more information if necessary.

I'm curious if this is something that can be fixed, but since I can't find it anywhere I may be out of luck. I'm using the widescreen AR code listed in the wiki, and so far everything has been looking great, except any time there's a cutscene or a communication with an NPC:

Is this the best the widescreen can look? I have Widescreen Hack off, but I do have the "Stretch to Window" option chosen for my fullscreen window. I'm running 4x Native, and max AA and AF. Any answers? Thanks!

It's likely the best you can accomplish, I imagine a fix would need to be game specific/a hack for the game.

I fixed it! Place the files inside this 7z file in the Dolphin folder:

If you use the Ishiiruka builds instead of master, you need to place this file inside the "ShaderFixes" folder instead of the one that is already inside:

Inside those shader files (ending in ".txt") you'll find this line:

r1.x = dot(cproj[0].xyzw, r0.xyzw)*2;

I multiplied the length of the black bars by 2 just to be sure. If instead of "2" you use "0", the black bars will be disabled.

The files in the "ShaderFixes" folder can affect other games. Remember to rename or delete the folder if you play other games.

The vertical black bars at the sides are just the effect of the accurate aspect ratio correction of Dolphin.
