Checked, they matched. WinMD5 reads-

db9a997a617ee03bbc32336d6945ec02
db9a997a617ee03bbc32336d6945ec02
Matched!

Any other ideas? I know I'm using the very newest version of Dolphin and it works withing a reasonable margin of 'good' with the few other games I play.

I can't do ANYTHING but stand there. From what I've read and my recollection of the game, it should open automatically, but it doesn't.

I'm not sure, but I don't think this is correct. I'm almost positive you have to press the A button to get the exclamation point to go away. I know this to be true later in the game. Considering you said you can't do anything, I assume you already tried that. Could you upload a save state right at this point? I'm curious what's going on... Huh

Yes, definitely tried the A button. It doesn't allow me to attach a save state on this site, so does that mean I would have to upload it elsewhere and then link it here? Because that sounds like a massive pain in the ass. But at least someones interested, which seems hopeful, so if you'll suggest a method, I'll try to get the save you. Would an Email work?

Uhh... I'm not giving out my email, sorry. There are a ton of free options to share files though: Dropbox, MediaFire, Mega.co.nz, Goolge Drive, etc.

It shouldn't be too hard. Tongue

Used Mediafire. Yeah, realized after the fact that it sounded like I was phishing, but I just assumed you, like myself and just about everyone else I know, had a throwaway email adress for exactly such purposes. I got tired of my main email getting flooded by spam, so I just create a new throwaway every couple months for signing up for things or contacting strangers who may or may not be creepy.

Here's a save state from right before it happened, just boot it up and head left screen.

Umm... well when I loaded the save state nothing on screen appeared. Regardless of that, going by sound alone I was able to find that it was indeed working on my end. I have no idea what could be going wrong on your end. Also, LLE isn't necessary for this game. HLE is faster and should work fine. Smile

I'd recommend making sure panic handlers are disabled and Dual-core is disabled. Also if you can, update to the most recent version of Dolphin if you can. That's all I got... Confused

Not sure what happened here... also not sure if it's a known issues but I couldn't find any info on anything like this. Disabling bouding box/ reenabling it hasnt done much and I messed with the EFB settings a lot and nothing seems to change anything, any fix?

Out of curiosity did you use save states up to that point? When I was making these textures for the texture pack I have been able to reproduce this bug 100% if using save states. I also noticed different settings affect those textures. I think it might be either EFB to RAM or XFB settings, can't remember atm. Anyway in one setting the entire X-naut is a single texture consisting of 24 frames. In another setting the X-naut is a collection of animated textures.
