Hello everybody,
Sorry if this has been already answered before, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. I'm playing Paper Mario TTYD and it is running great, about 60 FPS. But I'm having an issue at the very beginning of the game, when Mario arrives at Rogueport. After leaving Mario on the port, the boat does a turn around animation, and leaves. For some reason, when playing the turn around animation, it drops to about 10 FPS, and it goes back to normal when the animation ends. I'm playing with EFB To RAM checked because of the graphical issues, but I also tested the game with EFB To Texture checked, and the same thing happens.

If someone could help me out I would be really thankful.

Lower your internal resolution; the fullscreen bounding box effects will destroy your GTX 750.

Ah, then your graphics card is in low power mode, and when it hits something like a bounding box effect, it just gets destroyed.

I'm not sure if this is what I was suppose to do, but I opened Nvidia Control Panel and changed "Power management mode" from "adaptative" to "maximum performance", but the FPS still drops when playing the boat animation...  Sad

Try the latest dev build, and make sure you're using OpenGL as your backend

I guess I solved the problem: actually changing the video backend from OpenGL to Direct3D fixed it. Now it plays the boat animation just fine!  Big Grin

Hello everyone,

somehow I cannot pull off the action command on jumps during fights while attacking with the hammer works perfectly.
It may just be lag which throws me off, but I have tried very often and it worked only once yet.
